Patients can use the service via mobile web interface
We are excited to announce that we have now rolled out a mobile web interface for all of our customers! This means that patients can book appointments, send messages, and have video visits without having to download the app.
This makes it easier for patients to use the service, even for those who do not have a smartphone or do not want to download the app.
The mobile web call is now available for guest participants and will be available to all patients in the future.
Improved triage for dermatology
Red Robin has in recent months made significant progress in dermatology. We have upgraded our image analysis tool to support 235 skin conditions, up from 44. Our latest update provides support for symptoms and diagnosis of the following skin conditions:
- Alopecia areata
- Melasma
- Vitiligo
- Pityriasis versicolor
- Intertrigo
Smoother message handover
If your organisation allows you to handover cases between clinics, it is now easier to see who handed over the message. An icon in your inbox will show that the case has been handed over and tell you which clinic sent it.
If you haven't yet started handing over cases between clinics, contact us at Visiba and we will help you set it up.
Other small updates
In addition, this release includes some minor improvements for healthcare providers. To make it easier to visualise unplanned visits or events in your calendar, you can add the meeting type "Other activity" for times that have already passed. The functionality can also be used to post reminders in the calendar.
It's also easier to get a clear overview of patient cases. You can see both who created and who modified a patient case, a requested feature for understanding and following up on appointments that have been moved or canceled.

Some news we're looking forward to this autumn are:
- The ability to send forms in ongoing conversations
- An updated patient summary with better structure and overview of all information related to the patient case, as well as access to journal support
- A new view of My Cases in the apps, which makes it easier for patients to identify themselves
