Updated video call with phased rollout
Starting the week of November 18th, we will gradually roll out the updated video call feature to all customers. Those responsible within your organisation will be contacted with more information about the rollout well in advance before it becomes relevant for you.
The new video call includes significant improvements in usability and accessibility for both healthcare professionals and patients. New features include the ability to display a background image and include sound during screen sharing. Our help center has already been updated with information about the new video call: Conduct a video call.
Improved handling of endometrial cancer, deep vein thrombosis, middle ear infection, and pulmonary embolism
We have now improved the handling of the following diagnoses: endometrial cancer, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), middle ear infection, and pulmonary embolism. This update enables more efficient and safer handling of these conditions, further enhancing the quality of our triaging.
Improved cookie consent management
Patients will now have improved ability to manage their cookie consent in the web portal, with clear information on the purpose of different types of cookies, as well as options to configure which types of cookies they wish to consent to.
