Visiba Care
Pin up to two participants simultaneously in the video call
With this update, you can now pin up to two participants as focused speakers during a video call. This makes it easier to follow conversations that involve, for example, an interpreter or a representative, and creates a better experience for both healthcare staff and patients.
Improvements for multiparty video calls
It is now easier to manage calls with many participants. Patients using the mobile app can choose to hide their own video feed – freeing up screen space and reducing screen fatigue during longer conversations. Additionally, the participant list now clearly indicates when more people are present and makes it easier to scroll through them.
These two small but impactful improvements help create a calmer and more user-friendly video experience, especially when many participants are involved. Visiba Care now supports video calls with up to 25 participants.
