Thursday, September 12th, we will release the next update from Visiba. This update includes the following new features:
- Blood pressure readings in Visiba Triage
- Clearer information for patients about when not to use Visiba Triage
-
Increased maximum fee for a visit
You can read more below about other improvements that are on the way.
Blood pressure readings in Visiba Triage
Visiba Triage can now collect patients' blood pressure readings, providing better decision support for issues related to high or low blood pressure.
Other improvements in Visiba Triage with this update concern antibiotic treatments, headaches, ear pain, and self-harm behaviour.
Clearer information for patients about when not to use Visiba Triage
As part of our ongoing work to build a safe and reliable medical device, we are improving the information provided to patients about when Visiba Triage should not be used. This helps patients more easily determine if they are in the right place and if Visiba Triage is the appropriate tool for their needs.
Increased maximum fee for a visit
Based on feedback from our customers, we have now raised the maximum fee that can be charged for a visit. We hope this improvement allows you to use the functionality without any limitations!
Coming up from Visiba
View the Visiba calendar in Outlook. Soon you can view your Visiba calendar directly in Outlook, including both booked and available appointment slots. Confidential information, such as participant names, is not shared.
This functionality works not only in Outlook but also in other calendars like Google Calendar, as we use the widely adopted webcal protocol. With this functionality, it becomes easier to keep track of your schedule and plan your day, all in one place.
New booking flow. We are currently working on a new and more user-friendly booking flow in the patient interfaces. This will make it easier for patients to book both digital and physical appointments and improve accessibility. No new booking features are included in the upcoming update.
