Thursday, December 5th, we will release the next update from Visiba. This update includes the following new features:
Visiba Triage
- Improved experience for smaller screens: The patient flow is now more user-friendly on smaller devices, such as the iPhone SE.
- Updates to the medical core: Enhanced symptom modeling for swollen lymph nodes, wounds, eyes, and lumps. We have also made improvements in our symptom matching.
Visiba Care
- Possibility to disable free-text in messaging: Administrators can now disable the free-text field in the new message flow for the patient interface. This is particularly useful when patients have already provided information in a form, helping to reduce duplicate entries. Learn more: Add a new button > Button settings
- Enhanced call diagnostics: The “Test your equipment” feature now redirects to our new video engine (if it is activated in your organisation).
- Mobile web drop-in support: The patient web interface now supports drop-in visits for mobile users.
Visiba Insight
- Global report fixes: Addressed an issue with clinic measurements in the Global report.
- Improved reception report layout: Adjusted the layout for both started volumes and response time metrics.
- Default filter update: Changed the default filter selection for started volumes and response time in the reception report.
