Visiba Triage
More Efficient Administrative Process
Patients can now confirm whether their case is administrative or clinical and choose the appropriate process. Administrative and clinical complaints can also be combined when needed, ensuring that patients can provide the information they consider important. This change has been made to reduce the risk of over-triaging administrative cases and to improve accuracy and reliability in care navigation.
Support for Recurring Symptoms
Visiba Triage can now collect information about recurring symptoms, such as headaches or nosebleeds, in addition to details about current symptoms and episodes. This makes it easier for healthcare professionals to distinguish between ongoing and recurring symptoms (e.g., a headache episode versus a recurring migraine). This improvement also makes the questioning better aligned with patients’ real-world experiences.
Clinical Model Improvements
Visiba Triage has been further enhanced in the following areas: nausea, dizziness, chest pain, asthma, breathing difficulties, self-harm, tension headache, anxiety, esophageal obstruction, rash, wound, and diabetes.

More participants in video calls. Soon it will be possible to have more than 9 participants in a video call. With up to 25 participants, we open up new use cases, such as training sessions or group therapies. This feature will be available at an additional cost shortly – contact us to learn more.
