Triage by proxy
With Triage by proxy, healthcare professionals can now support patients who struggle with digital tools by helping them through the triage process in Visiba Triage. This ensures that all cases, regardless of the patient’s digital competence, receive the same high-quality triage and structured decision-making support.
The case can be initiated with a single click directly from the provider interface and can be used during, for example, phone calls or home visits. Healthcare staff do not need medical training to assist the patient through the triage, and the case is handled in the same flow as other cases.

Visiba Insights: statistics and follow-up
Gain deeper insight into your digital transformation journey with Visiba Insights, an interactive tool for more efficient resource planning. Analyze patient flows, identify peak periods, review age distribution and response times, and get valuable information on who initiates the visits.
Overview reports are available under "Statistics" in the platform's left menu, providing an overview of trends such as the number of initiated contacts and patient experience ratings.
With full access to Visiba Insights, you can delve into details such as age and gender distribution, daily inflow, response times, and reasons for contact, providing a comprehensive view of your operations. Contact our support to try Visiba Insights free for three months.

Updated patient booking flow
We are launching an updated booking flow that makes it even easier for citizens to book both digital and physical visits. Although no new booking features have been added in this update, accessibility and user-friendliness have been significantly improved, making it easier for all users to quickly and smoothly find the right appointment.
The booking flow on the web is being rolled out gradually this fall, and the apps will soon be updated to match the new, unified flow.
Subscribe to calendar
Get an overview of your booked, available, and blocked times directly in Outlook or other calendar programs. With this feature, you can easily keep track of your schedule and efficiently plan your workday by subscribing to the Visiba Care calendar from your external calendar.
To protect patient privacy, calendar entries are anonymised. Updates do not occur in real-time, which means that it may take some time before changes appear in your external calendar. Each user can easily set up the synchronisation in Visiba Care.

Improved management of deep vein thrombosis
Visiba Triage’s model for detecting suspected deep vein thrombosis (DVT) has been improved, especially when multiple risk factors are present. This leads to safer assessments and reduces the risk of serious complications.
