Updated Help center
Our updated Help Center includes the same information as before, but it's now better organized and searchable, so you can find what you need quickly and easily. Try it out here, and let us know what you think!
New view of My Cases in the apps
This view mirrors the web interface released previously this year, making it easier for patients to identify themselves and use the app. It also offers a consistent user experience across the web and apps.

Coming up soon in Visiba Care
New patient summaries for booked appointments will be available this fall. These summaries will give healthcare professionals a better overview of each case, making it easier to find all relevant information. Healthcare professionals will also have direct access to a draft of the medical record, making it easier to transfer information from Visiba Care to the patient record securely and efficiently.
