Updated started meeting
With this release, you can make updates to a meeting that has already started. This lets you optimise your schedule and ensure your meetings are as productive as possible. You can easily:
- Guarantee that the right individuals are present in the meeting by adding or removing participants even after it has begun.
- Shorten meetings that have already concluded, freeing up time in your calendar for new ones.
- Swiftly replace last-minute cancellations with new meetings, preventing disruptions to your workday.
New patient summary
From this release and during the next few weeks, we're rolling out the New patient summary. This summary provides a better overview of each case so that you can find all relevant information. It also includes a draft of the medical record, making it easier to transfer information from Visiba Care to the patient record securely and efficiently.
Improved handling of nosebleeds in Red Robin
Our triage solution now includes enhanced capabilities for managing non-urgent recurring nosebleeds. We've introduced new diagnoses for nosebleed severity, enabling clinicians to accurately classify the severity of nosebleeds and guide further management decisions.
Additionally, we've incorporated new diagnoses specifically related to nose trauma, including nose fracture, nasal septal hematoma, and nasal septal abscess. These diagnoses provide clinicians with a more comprehensive understanding of the underlying cause of nosebleeds and facilitate appropriate treatment plans.

Coming up soon in Visiba Care
We're currently working on updating the patient interface for creating a new messaging case on both web, mobile web and apps, bringing better accessibility as well as usability for these views.Early next year, we're also looking to provide some improvements to our forms capabilities. We will provide more information on this when the release is closer.
