Tuesday, December 19, we will release this year's last update of Visiba Care. Our next update will be at the end of January. This update includes:
- Mobile Web video calls for all patients
- Updated patient profile page
- Improved anamnesis for nail changes
Mobile web video calls for all patients
During this fall, we have enabled guests to participate in video calls via mobile web. We can see that significantly more people attended the meeting when they did not need to download an app. Therefore, we have now made our mobile web video calls available to all patients. Technology should not be a barrier to accessing healthcare!
Updated patient profile page
We have updated the patient profile page on the web to improve accessibility. In addition, patients can delete their account themselves from the web when they no longer want it.
Improved anamnesis for nail changes
Red Robin now supports image uploads for nail changes. This leads to an improved anamnesis for the health care professional handling the case, and enables Red Robin to use image analysis for improved triage and diagnosis.

Coming up in Visiba Care 2024
Next year you will see more improvements in our triage solution. One area that we're looking into is how to ensure the case can easily be handled by the right competence.
We're also working on updating the patient interface for creating a new messaging case on both web, mobile web and apps, bringing better accessibility as well as usability for these views. In addition, you will see some improvements to our forms capabilities. We will provide more information on this when the release is closer.
