Updated menu for easier navigation
Our latest update brings a more user-friendly menu, making it simpler to find what you need. Our user testing has shown improved visibility, reduced cognitive load, and smoother interactions with the new menu.
Enhanced Open APIs for Seamless Integration
At Visiba we are proud of our open APIs, empowering our customers to integrate other systems with Visiba to achieve seamless flows. As of today, around 20 customers are using these to connect their own ecosystem to Visiba.
We have now updated our open APIs to provide customers who integrate with us directly with more functionality:
- A dedicated documentation site for Red Robin APIs
- Access the list price for both appointments and messaging
- Subscribe to new messaging cases
These updates bring valuable benefits, enabling more integration possibilities with Visiba. With a dedicated documentation site for Red Robin APIs, it's now easier to integrate Red Robin into your existing flows. Improved Red Robin urgency accuracy for children
Red Robin supports triaging of cases concerning children from 1 year of age. We have now increased our accuracy of detecting sick children who need to be seen promptly.

Coming up in Visiba Care 2024
Data-driven digitalisation. Soon, we will be launching a tool that provides insights at both an overall organisation as well as clinic level. With the support of PowerBI Embedded, we deliver statistical reports that take your digitalisation to the next level. You will be able to track your own development with reports that include for example:
- Trends in the number of healthcare consultations
- Inflow during the day and over the week
- User experience ratings for continuous improvement
- Response time for first reply in chat or how soon you were able to book

Improved patient interface. We are closing in on updating the patient interface for creating a new messaging case on both web, mobile web and apps, bringing better accessibility as well as usability for these views.
