New message flow for apps
With our latest update, patients will experience a new flow for starting message conversations in our apps. The change means that forms linked to the flow are shown to the patient before the free text field. This is a much-anticipated change by several of our customers and helps to prevent patients from having to repeat their answers. We have also updated to a more user-friendly and accessible design.
The rollout of the new message flow will occur gradually to a few of our customers at a time. During the spring, the same updates to the message flow will be made for the web interface.
Improved handling of minor injuries
In this version, we have improved how Red Robin handles minor injuries. This includes, among other things, improved support for bruises, strains, infected wounds, burn wounds, fractures, and head traumas. This will lead to a better anamnesis and improved triage accuracy.

Coming up from Visiba 2024
Triage by proxy. As a healthcare professional, you will soon be able to benefit from Red Robin even when the patient is not able to go through the flow themselves. By using assisted triage for cases related to new symptoms, you get a joint flow whether the patient seeks help digitally or calls the clinic.
New message flow in the patient web interface. During the spring, we will make the same updates for the patient web interface as we are now releasing for the apps. Read more about the changes under the heading "New message flow for apps."
