Thursday, April 18th, we will release the next update from Visiba. This update includes:

Further down, you can read about other news that we will be releasing soon.

IDP — more flexible login solution with options for Single Sign-On
We are now launching the ability to connect your own Identity Provider (IDP) to Visiba.
By using your own IDP with Visiba, you gain full control over authentication methods. This opens up the possibility for seamless login, known as Single Sign-On (SSO), between systems such as medical records and Visiba to create a smooth workflow.
Continued Rollout of New Messaging Flow for Apps
Over the next month, all customers will be transitioned to the new messaging flow in the apps. Later this spring, the same updates to the messaging flow will be made for the web interface.
As mentioned in the last update, this change means that forms linked to the flow are shown to the patient before the free text field. This is a long-awaited change among many of our customers and helps prevent patients from having to repeat their responses. We have also updated to a more user-friendly and accessible design.

Coming up from Visiba 2024
Triage by proxy. Soon, as a healthcare provider, you will be able to benefit from Red Robin even when the patient is unable to navigate the flow themselves. Triage by proxy helps caregivers guide patients who cannot use Red Robin on their own, providing a unified flow for symptom assessment regardless of the method of contact.
New Messaging Flow in Patient Web Interface. This spring, we will make the same updates to the patient web interface that we are now releasing for the apps. Read more about the changes under the section "Continued Rollout of New Messaging Flow for Apps".
