Triage by proxy
Triage by proxy helps healthcare providers guide patients who cannot use Visiba Triage on their own, providing a consistent flow for symptom assessment regardless of the method of contact. It allows the provider to collect different inflows of patients in the same inbox, with the same structured and readily accessible decision support. We are now starting the rollout for selected customers.
Visiba Triage is Visiba's solution for automated medical history taking, triage, and referral. The solution includes our triage engine with a medical core: Red Robin, as well as our solution for configuring care workflows.
Text templates for new messages
Starting with this release, it will be possible to use Visiba Care's text templates also when starting a new message. This improvement is a direct response to feedback from those of you using our text templates - we thank you for your suggestion and the opportunity to make our service better! The text templates make it easier to respond efficiently and articulately to common questions, and speed up your work with messages.
