Improved triage of eczema and rashes
Visiba Triage, powered by Red Robin's triage engine with a medical core, has been enhanced with even better support for eczema and rashes. We now also support the following conditions:
- Eczema herpeticum
- Infected eczema
- Drug eruption
Report extraction via CSV only
Please note that reports from the platform can now only be extracted in CSV format, not in XLSX. You will receive the same data in the CSV format, and the file can be opened in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs.

New Patient Message from External System: It will soon be possible to start a new patient message from an external system using our new no-code integration capability. For example, you will be able to begin a conversation with a patient in your record system and then link into Visiba Care with the correct patient prepopulated and the message ready to send.
