New Patient Message from External System
You can now start a new patient message from an external system, using our no-code integration capability. For example, you can begin a conversation with a patient in your record system and then link into Visiba Care with the correct patient prepopulated and the message ready to send. Improved handling of worry and anxiety in Visiba Triage
We have updated Visiba Triage to better distinguish between patients' worry and anxiety regarding their own symptoms, and more general worry and anxiety. This improves the accuracy for psychosocial issues.

Coming up from Visiba 2024
New Drop-in view in patient apps. To increase user-friendliness, the Drop-in functionality in the apps will get an improved design. Drop-in patients will also be able to benefit from the improved design of forms that were launched some time ago. The changes are purely design-related, and no new functions concerning drop-in are included in this coming update.
