To create and add forms in Visiba Care, you need the Administrator user permission. If your organisation is on the Enterprise plan with Visiba, i.e. using multiple clinics, a Global administrator needs to create and add the form(s) to the global menu. When these forms are published, a Local administrator (i.e. administrator for a particular clinic) can activate the form(s) in their respective clinic. In this case, only Global administrators can edit the form(s). Local administrators can only select and add or remove the form(s) from their respective clinic.
