Regarding SMS notifications, the settings in the patient's app determine the language the invitation is sent in. If a patient has not downloaded the app, the healthcare practitioner or scheduler who invites the patient to an appointment may change the language when creating the invitation.
Click on the pen to the right of the patient's name to display the patient's information.
The Language line shows the default language.
Click on the language bar to change it.
Please note that you can only change the language when inviting patients – not guests or colleagues.
