A user who has the role of healthcare professional needs a computer with a video camera, microphone and sound, as well as modern enough system components to conduct a video call without hardware-related delays.
A user who is a patient or guest can, in addition to what is specified above, also use a mobile device with the operating system iOS or Android with Google Services.
The service is supported by the following hardware:

Software requirements
Computer
With a computer, the service can be used via Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari browsers, which fully support the WebRTC communication protocol. We guarantee support for versions at least 12 months back in time.
Mobile device – iOS
With mobile devices with the iOS operating system, the service is guaranteed to be compatible with the three latest major versions.
Mobile device – Android
With mobile devices running the Android operating system with Google Services, the service is guaranteed to be compatible with the three latest major versions.
Operating system
One of the following operating systems is required to use the service:
· Windows
· macOS
· iOS (latest three major versions)
· Android (latest three major versions)
Requirement bandwidth capacity
A properly configured network environment that does not obstruct calls is a basic requirement for the service to function. For video calls, a bandwidth of approx. 500 kbit/s on average per simultaneous call is recommended, with a minimum bandwidth of approx. 5 mbit/s.
