If your app is set up with the Personal Demographics Service (PDS) integration, Visiba will automatically fetch patient information (name, date of birth & gender) from PDS. If the patient information has changed since their last visit, Visiba will prompt the healthcare staff to update according to the new information.
If the patient’s NHS number has been superseded, healthcare staff will need to create a new patient profile with the new NHS number. If the patient still has the same phone number, please contact Visiba Care support to remove the old patient profile.
