In the next Visiba Care release, taking place at the early hours of Friday, October 30th, we will update the platform with some news that will simplify life for schedulers and healthcare professionals. Below you can read about the most important changes.
A messaging conversation can be reassigned to a colleague
Schedulers and healthcare professionals will have the possibility to reassign a messaging conversation that is already picked up to another colleague, which can be a valuable option in cases of absence or when someone's expertise is needed to help the patient.
This new function will be available in the platform with the next update, but it needs to be activated by your Customer Success Manager at Visiba Care before it is made available to use.
Schedulers are granted access to healthcare professionals' calendar history
If a healthcare professional has a series of short meetings booked, e.g. sampling or vaccination, it can be challenging for the scheduler to navigate correctly among all bookings in the calendar view. In these cases, the status from Upcoming to Past moves very quickly.
Schedulers will have access to healthcare professionals' appointment history, so that they can have a clear overview of previous bookings. This way, they can clearly display the completed appointments as well as previous bookings in a neat list. This new view can be valuable for users who want to return to a specific appointment booking, for example, in cases where the patient did not arrive on time for the appointment.
You can read more detailed information in our release notes which are sent out along with each update. You can also get an overview of the different user permissions each change applies to and the upcoming changes in the patient apps.
