In the first release for 2021, taking place at the early hours of Thursday, January 21, we will update the Visiba Care platform with a few improvements that will delight both patients and healthcare professionals. This email contains the most important changes.
Patients receive an in-app notification for appointment invitations
The new in-app notification will make an invitation to a new appointment crystal clear to patients, who will receive a mark with the text New under My errands in the app toolbar. At the same time, the figure in the bottom navigation is updated, showing the number of unmanaged/unread events. This new display directly notifies patients that a new case requires their attention, no matter where they are in the app.
Administrators can now unlock locked user accounts
If a Visiba Care user enters the wrong password repeatedly (20) times, the user account is locked and the person can no longer log in. The administrator now has the authority to unlock the account again, provided that the administrator and the user are operating on the same receptions.
