News in Visiba Care - August 18th, 2022

The next Visiba Care update will be released during the early hours of Thursday, 18th August, with news that will above all make everyday life easier for healthcare practitioners:

• Reason for contact in the drop-in view makes it easier for healthcare professionals to prioritise.
• Healthcare professionals can filter out all reasons for contact they work with in one and the same view.

In the subsequent release, which will be released in the first half of September, we plan to launch some long-awaited news. Read more about these further down in the email.

Reason for contact is added to the drop-in view

In the drop-in view, healthcare professionals can now not only see which people are waiting in line in the drop-in waiting room – they can also see why they contacted the clinic. By showing the reason for contact in the drop-in view, the healthcare professionals get a good overview and are able to quickly prioritise among the patients, without having to dig deeper into each specific case.

Possible to select multiple reasons for contact when filtering messages

To streamline the work with message conversations, healthcare professionals can now add several reasons for contact when filtering messages. This means that they can see all the contact reasons they work with in one and the same view, instead of managing one at a time.

In the subsequent update, which will be released in the first half of September, we look forward to launching some long-awaited news:

New lobby - with technical test
Make sure the technology works before the meeting! With the new lobby, it will be easier for healthcare professionals as well as patients and guests to test the microphone and camera before the meeting begins.

Blur the background of the video call
Soon it will finally be possible to blur the background during a video call! With this feature, you not only avoid cleaning the room before the meeting - a calm and neutral background also provides the conditions for better conversation focus.
