Coming up in Visiba Care
Soon, patients will no longer need to download the app to view their bookings or write messages in ongoing conversations on their smartphone – it's perfectly possible to do this via the mobile web page! This is a first step in our work to adapt the patient's web interface to mobile, and in the long run the patient will have access to even more functions via the web on the mobile. Patients who use a computer can also look forward to nice improvements in the view when they want to keep track of their cases or chat with their healthcare practitioner, both in terms of accessibility and usability.
, administrators and schedulers are not affected by the changes, but only patients who get more user-friendly views for My cases and Message conversations, and also access to these in their mobile browser!
