During the early hours of Thursday 16th March, we will be rolling out a new update of Visiba Care! In this release, we want to highlight:
- It will be easier for healthcare professionals to transfer information from messaging cases to the medical record
- Clearer flow for patients who book visits via the web
- Users with ongoing conversations can be removed from Visiba Care.

The fact that digital consultations and record keeping need to be managed in different systems is difficult to avoid. However, to minimise duplication of work and make the process as smooth and patient-safe as possible, we are now launching medical record support, which makes it easy for healthcare professionals to transfer information from messaging cases in Visiba Care to the medical record.
Those who work with Red Robin can easily copy over the structured information collected by Red Robin with a single click. Others may fill in more information themselves, but can start the draft well in advance, before the case is closed. Everyone also has the option to include the entire message conversation in the clipboard.
Soon, healthcare professionals will be able to start drafting and copy over information even for video consultation cases.

Coming up soon in Visiba Care
We know it's difficult for healthcare professionals to know when they can close their messaging cases. Therefore, we will soon launch read receipts, which will allow them to see whether a patient or colleague has read a message or not. This provides security and contributes to a better overview of ongoing cases.
