During the early hours of Thursday 6th April, we will be rolling out a new update of Visiba Care! In this release, healthcare professionals working with messages can look forward to:
- Increased security and transparency with read receipts
- Ability to set priority to messages even without Red Robin
Increased security and transparency with read receipts
Now healthcare professionals can see if a patient or colleague has read a message or not. With read receipts, they can feel secure that the information has reached them. It also makes it easier to see if a message case is ready to close, which contributes to a better overview of ongoing cases.
Only healthcare professionals receive read receipts, not patients.
Ability to set priority to messages even without Red Robin
Healthcare professionals working with Red Robin have long been able to see and adjust the priority of message cases. Now also those who do not use Red Robin will have the option to manually select priority within the message, to ensure that patients with the greatest need receive care first. Messages in the inbox can then be sorted based on priority, so that the cases given the highest priority are gathered at the top of the view.
