During the early hours of Wednesday, 5th July, we will be rolling out a new update of Visiba Care! In this release, however, there aren't any significant changes – it's mostly minor improvements and bug fixes. If you want to know more details about these, you can take a look at our release notes that we will release in connection with the update. During July, we pause our updates but will be back with after the summer with lots of interesting news.
We are working intensively on improving our service to make it even easier for patients and guests to use, and this autumn, we will roll out several new features linked to this initiative:
- The flow becomes more intuitive for patients who start a messaging conversation. They are taken directly to the conversation after sending their first message, and if auto-reply is enabled, they can get immediate confirmation that the case has been received.
- Patients will face a new design and smoother flow when logging in and registering.
- It will be possible for users to have video calls on their mobile phones via the web interface, without having to download the app! In the first step, this possibility will be opened to guest participants, but in the long term, it will also be available to patients.
But more on that at the end of August, when we plan to release the next release. Until then - have a great summer!
