Message conversations can be reassigned to another reception
When you are able to reassign conversations between receptions, it becomes easier to help each other! We are now launching a first version of this feature, and we will gradually improve it in future releases.
A healthcare professional can hand over a conversation to another reception within the organisation, but can also choose to return it to their own reception. After handover, the conversation goes directly to the inbox for unmanaged conversations at the reception that it has been sent to. Healthcare professionals at this reception then receive the same type of notifications as if a patient had initiated the conversation (text message, email or push notification, depending on settings) and can easily pick it up. The healthcare professional can see that the conversation has been reassigned, who has reassigned it (and from which reception) as well as previous messages that have been sent.
To activate the function in your organisation, contact your Customer Success Manager at Visiba. When the feature is enabled, your administrator will need to enable conversations initiated by patients on the reception
Reason for contact and priority added to the message overview
In the message overview, a user who is scheduler can get an overview and see when a conversation was started and when the most recent reply was sent. They can also, when needed, hand over a conversation to another healthcare professional. As the number of message conversations increases in both volume and areas of use, we now want to ensure that the user understands what type of case it is. Therefore, we have added the reason for contact and priority in the message overview, to facilitate the assessment of whether and when a conversation needs to be handed over.
You can read more detailed information in our release notes which are published with each update. You can also get an overview of the different user permissions each change applies to and the upcoming changes in the patient apps.
